The Miss Mary Handi is the curved-body (handi-shaped) variant of the Miss Mary range — combining the accessibility and value of the Miss Mary platform with the cooking advantages of a rounded interior that Hawkins' Contura series is known for. Made from commercially pure virgin aluminium with a 3.25 mm thick base (base diameter: 141 mm), the Handi's curved sides make stirring during the initial cooking phase significantly easier, reduce the risk of food sticking in corners during pressure cooking, and make cleaning faster and more thorough.
