Borosil Color Crush 700 ml Vacuum Insulated Bottle, Red
In a school corridor, a gym rack or a crowded office pantry, most steel bottles look the same. A red one does not. The Borosil Color Crush 700 ml Vacuum Insulated Bottle in red is easy to spot and easy to claim, and it is built with Grade SS304 stainless steel inside and out and copper-coated double-wall vacuum insulation rated for up to 24 hours.
The body is cool to touch when it holds hot liquids and sweat-proof with cold ones, so it stays comfortable to hold either way. It weighs about 350 grams empty, has a carry handle, and Borosil describes it as leak-proof. Wash by hand with mild detergent. It comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
When you want a genuine Borosil bottle with proper warranty support, Girdhar Das & Sons has been the Varanasi choice since 1970. Every product we stock is 100% genuine and brand-authorised. Key Features
Bold Red That Is Hard to Mix Up
A bright colour is a practical advantage on a shared shelf, in a school locker or on a sports-team bench. Children and adults alike stop asking whose bottle it is.
Cool to Touch, Sweat-Proof on the Outside
The vacuum wall means the outside does not get too hot with tea or too slippery with ice water. That is useful for younger children, who have a harder time gripping a sweating bottle.
Handle That Makes 700 ml Manageable
The carry handle lets you hold the bottle with a finger rather than a full grip, which is easier when your hands are full of books, a bat or a bag. It also helps when you are walking between classes or courts.
Steel Inside and Out With Food-Grade Plastic Parts
Both walls are Grade SS304 stainless steel, non-leaching and rust-proof, and the plastic parts are BPA and phthalate free. The drink tastes of water, not of the bottle.
Sensible Care Rules
Fill the bottle completely for the best retention, and rinse it with hot or cold water first for longer temperature hold. Keep it uncovered when not in use to avoid odour, and do not put it in the dishwasher.
As a Wedding or Corporate Gift
Red is a festive, auspicious colour in many Indian households, which makes this bottle a good fit for wedding return gifts and festival gifting where a bit of colour is welcome. It also works for corporate gifting to teams in sports, fitness and field roles, and for recognition prizes at school or office events where a practical, cheerful item is more appreciated than a trophy.
Q: Is the red Color Crush the same as the blue one apart from colour?
Yes. Capacity, steel grade, insulation, handle and warranty are the same. Only the outer colour is different.
Q: How much does the bottle weigh?
Borosil lists it at about 350 grams when empty. A full 700 ml of water adds roughly 700 grams on top of that.
Q: Will hot tea make the outside too hot to hold?
No. The body stays cool to touch even with hot liquids because of the vacuum layer between the walls.
Q: Does the bottle sweat when filled with ice water?
No. The exterior is designed to be condensation-free and sweat-proof, so it does not leave wet rings on desks or soak the inside of a bag.
Q: How long does it keep drinks hot or cold?
Borosil rates it for up to 24 hours. Pre-heating or pre-chilling with hot or cold water for a few minutes improves this further.
Q: Is it dishwasher safe?
No. Borosil advises cleaning it by hand with mild detergent only.
